Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns may be requested within 30 days of the date the order was placed
  • Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify
  • Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations
  • Returns are limited to a maximum of 2 units per order to ensure fairness and prevent misuse
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right at no cost to you

Return Shipping & Processing

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee. This fee helps cover fulfillment, handling, payment processing, and operational costs associated with the order
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Tanova covers all costs and no restocking fee will apply

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer free replacements for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll take care of that for you at no additional cost

How to Start a Return

Please email contact@trytanova.com with the following:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

Refund Processing

  • Returns must be received and inspected before a refund is issued
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus the 25% restocking fee (if applicable)
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Important Notes

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through trytanova.com
  • We reserve the right to deny returns in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive refund requests
  • Orders that do not meet return criteria may not be eligible for a refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
