Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we will cover the return shipping costs.


Return Shipping Fees

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Tanova covers all return shipping costs.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll be happy to process that at no additional cost.

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are limited to purchases made directly through trytanova.com

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of excessive, repeat returns or misuse of our policy.
