At Tanova, we want your glow journey to start as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, timelines, and policies.


Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays (especially during peak seasons or unforeseen events).


Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.99.

Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping (but we’re working on it — stay tuned!).


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@trytanova.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
